I am highly impressed with Brown's Mill Towing! Dalton went above and beyond to help me when my transmission went kaput. I called AAA and he was there in about 15 minutes, which is really unheard of in towing times. He was very courteous, very professional, and very nice, even though he had to make a run all the way from Johnson City, TN to Marshall, North Carolina. Brown's Mill Towing, y'all are awesome! We came to this place when we stopped trusting our dealership and our regular auto service shop couldn’t figure out what’s causing this recurring car issue. They also didn’t have the right technician to work on European cars like ours so they highly recommended to take it to Brown’s Mill Auto Tech. We were very surprised, it didn’t take them long to find the problem. They ordered the parts and was able to work on it right away. It also cost us way cheaper than if we had taken it to our dealership. Our car hasn’t had any issues since. We will be coming here from now on for any car service needs.
