Booked an appointment for 9am this morning. I drove 45 minutes from Roan Mountain for them to tell me they can't get to it until Monday or Tuesday and to leave it. Its my only vehicle. I wish someone had told me that on the phone or email so I didn't have to waste 90 minutes of my day driving down here. Why even book appointments? Never coming back here again.

As stated in our phone call previously we made you aware that if a vehicle is dropped with us in the morning we try to have it diagnosed and a quote with a game plan by the end of the day. We apologize if there was a lack of communication on needing the vehicle dropped off with us, however for a proper diagnoses we ask that all vehicles are dropped with us to give us the correct amount of time to accurately pin point the problem and inspect the vehicle to ensure the correct fix is done on the first visit.
