These guys installed a Borla exhaust on my GR86 and did a great job. Im very picky about how a business communicates and I was very impressed with that from the initial call for an appointment all the way from pick up of my vehicle. I will definitely be doing more business with Browns Mill Auto.

Would highly recommend! My hood release cable snapped and needed to have the oil changed as well. Took it in about a week ago, and it was not fixed due to some unforeseen hurdles. They also wanted to run the estimate by me first before proceeding. Unfortunately, I had to work early the next morning, so asked if I could bring it back in today. There was no bill for the first visit. Not only did they take care of both the cable and oil, they did a quick check of the vehicle and fixed the lower radiator hose and topped off the coolant which both were free of charge. I also got an itemized list of the findings during inspection. The final price was lower than originally quoted. If you do not want to go to a mechanic that would rather make sure you know the charges up front before working on the vehicle or dislike anyone going above and beyond the minimum, Browns Mill Auto and Diesel may not be for you.

Booked an appointment for 9am this morning. I drove 45 minutes from Roan Mountain for them to tell me they can't get to it until Monday or Tuesday and to leave it. Its my only vehicle. I wish someone had told me that on the phone or email so I didn't have to waste 90 minutes of my day driving down here. Why even book appointments? Never coming back here again.

As stated in our phone call previously we made you aware that if a vehicle is dropped with us in the morning we try to have it diagnosed and a quote with a game plan by the end of the day. We apologize if there was a lack of communication on needing the vehicle dropped off with us, however for a proper diagnoses we ask that all vehicles are dropped with us to give us the correct amount of time to accurately pin point the problem and inspect the vehicle to ensure the correct fix is done on the first visit.

Took our 6.7 f250 Browns Mill to get a second opinion after another shop said the injector pump was bad and wanted $10000 to fix. Turns out it was just a fuel pump. Very trustworthy people that will put in the time to fix your vehicle without trying to rip you off. Definitely recommend

I have done car repairs, towing, and pre-purchase inspections and they always have great service
