Difficult problem with older classic Mercedes, they couldn't help but wouldn't take any money for their time and effort! Greatly appreciated their integrity, plan to do more business with them in the future!

My college student daughter's car overheated the day before wife and I were heading out of town. I used these guys to fix my truck last year so i just had her tow it here, crossed my fingers and ready for a new water pump or whatever expensive thing it may be. They just had to tightened a few loose hose clamps, add coolant and problem fixed. She picked it up and bill was ZERO! They waived the diagnosis and fluid fee and were about as honest as you can hope a shop to be. THANKS AGAIN ZACK AND CREW!

I am an out of town customer looking to make a long distance purchase of a Lexus with a local Dealer in Johnson City, TN, and sent the car in to Browns Mil for a Pre-Purchase Inspection: (i) they were professional, knowledgeable and prompt; (ii) they diagnosed several mechanical and cosmetic issues with the car that needed urgent repair and/or were deteriorating and inconsistent with the quality and history of the brand; and (iii) their PPI report was clear, comprehensive and easy to digest. While on Vacation our engine blew in our car. AAA towed the car to Browns Mills. They stayed in contact with us and fixed our car within 2 weeks. The car made it back to Ohio and is still running!! Thank You Browns Mill!!!

Alex and his crew worked amazingly with me while trying to get a warranty company to cover the expense for my 2019 f150. They didnt charge me for the diagnostic test and stored my truck while waiting on the insurance company. They fought for me with the insurance company until I finally had to drop the insurance company. They are hard working people, they care about their customers, if theres a problem after they work on your car, they will do whatever it takes to get you back on the road. Theres not another mechanic shop I truly trust outside of Browns Mill Auto !! Thank you Alex and crew!!
