These guys are great! I had to have my car towed and repaired the day it broke down and found these guys on a google search so I'd never heard of or use them before. I needed to get my car towed immediately since I broke down in front of a restaurant and they came after only a short wait and the tow rates were very reasonable. The better part of my experience came out of my repair though. They had to order my parts from the toyota place and when they came in 3 days later, they called to let me know toyota sent them the wrong part (even though they ordered the right one). They also said the one my car actually needed was $75 more than what they had quoted me but they weren't going to charge me the difference! They also paid to have the correct part overnighted from Portland, Oregon and also did not pass the cost on to me. GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! We will be using this place for any future repairs and recommending them to others!
