I drove down to Johnson city from Upstate NY and Browns mill truly saved me when I had a center link blow out in town due to a shoddy alignment at pepboys. Browns mill promptly called me with a 45 minute wait time and the driver arrived early and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better service at an extremely stressful time.

Traveling through Tennessee on vacation. The van just stopped dead at a traffic light. The police (Officer T. Laughlin) were very helpful. I called AAA for a tow. AAA suggested Browns Mill Auto Tech for the needed repairs (20 mile tow!). Am I EVER glad they did. Rich was honest, supportive, and most helpful in fitting me into his schedule. Allen, the mechanic assigned to figure out my problem quickly diagnosed my bad ignition module and ordered the parts, and repaired my van, and I was back on the road in a couple hours. These guys are just AWESOME! Thank you Rich and Allen, you guys saved my vacation!

I have had to use their services on multiple occasions and they are consistently pleasant and extremely helpful.

I am always grateful for the professionalism BMA shows to their customers. I've had to have a lot of work done on my truck over the last year to fix several things and BMA always takes care of it. They know reputation goes a very long way in this town and I trust them to do the job right.

Rich and his guys (including tow drivers - especially Tony) are FANTASTIC!! They are honest and friendly and reasonably priced. Just can't thank them enough for helping us MD folk, 400 miles from home at 2am. Treated us like family and we are so grateful! Thank you!

I have worked for Browns Mill for a number of years, under Jim Davis as well as the Dwyer's. I must say Jim was good to the employees and always took care of the mills customers. Although Jim was tired and had run his course with the business. The Dwyer's have been more dedicated to customer service as well as bending over backwards for the employees.
