So far having our 2003 Toyota Camry serviced by Browns Mill Auto has been a good experience. Knowing how hard it is to find a trustworthy mechanic. We appreciate knowing ahead of time what the diagnosis is and having the option before hand to decide. Would definitely recommend them.

Diagnosed my problem fixed my truck in a timely matter cost was a little high but the 36000 mile 3 year warranty on the job anywhere in the US made it worth it ! Truck runs better than it ever has !!!

I had called multiple places to see if I could get my car looked at some point last week. I wasn’t in any hurry but every place I called was very rude when I talked to them and they said they doubt they could get me in. So Brian Gong recommended this place and I called. I can’t remember who answered but they were SO nice which meant a lot since I was having a rough week. They were apologetic cause they couldn’t get me in until late in the week but I didn’t even care. They had me in and out in just a few hours on Thursday. I just appreciated how kind they were throughout the process so thank you! I will definitely be coming back here.

Jason and his team helped us out in a time of need. No one wants a breakdown, but it is even worse when you are 400 miles from home. He was forthright and honest and I felt like I had enough information to make a wise decision regarding the repair. You know it's hard to feel like you can trust some mechanics, especially when they know you're in a bind - but not this guy! He put us at ease and even offered to drive us to a rental car location if needed to help us out! If I lived in Johnson City, I would DEFINITELY take my business to Browns Mill. P.S. A tow truck driver who carries a Bible on his dash??? Yep, it makes a difference in the comfort level you have climbing up into that cab with your family!!! KUDOS!
