I was visiting from out of state and had an unexpected mechanical problem that needed immediate repair since I was leaving in 2 days. They were very busy and didn't even have room for my repair. Knowing my situation they literally squeezed me in the next morning and had me fixed in less than 24 hours! I cannot say enough good things about Browns! They saved my trip!

Browns Mill has helped me with both of my trucks. They're great guys and work efficiently. This past visit made me appreciate their work even more. Johnson City Ford just beat around the bush and tried to rip almost $900 from me but Rich and the guys got the problem solved in a much quicker fashion and saved me more than half of what the dealership quoted. The dealership didn't even mention the issue that was wrong with what I told them. I'll definitely return!
